Tara is the Business Development Manager for the Small Business Unit with AIA, Alera Group.  In this newly created role, she will use her sales, recruiting, and business development experience to help create an engagement process for SBU prospects and clients to help ensure all services offered by AIA, Alera Group  are covered.

She received her B.S. in Human Resource Management from Central Penn College and holds her producer license in Commercial Property and Casualty Insurance.

Volunteering and giving back to her community are very important to Tara. She currently sits on the board of SLK Foundation which is an organization helping children with rare diseases. Tara lives with her daughter Trinity and her dog Cooper.  In her free time, she enjoys reading, walking, learning to golf (she has been in the learning stage for quite a while) and watching her daughter ride horses competitively.
