Rhianna provides Account Management Services to our Commercial Lines Department. She started her career as a receptionist at a local insurance agency and quickly transitioned into a Personal Lines Account Manager role.  She held various positions over the next 4 years in Personal Lines, and provided support to the Commercial Lines team. Rhianna has successfully completed her QCLS (Qualified Commercial Lines Specialist) designation which will assist her is transitioning into her role as Commercial Lines Account Manager with AIA, Alera Group.

In her spare time, you can find Rhianna soaking up the sun at the beach with her family or at a Washington Nationals game with her husband.
