Toby joined AIA, Alera Group in 2004 and serves as a Senior Consultant in our Employee Benefits division. He provides strategic health and welfare plan management and consulting for some of our larger employer clients. Toby’s responsibilities include developing customized, strategic healthcare plans and provides ongoing analysis and review to successfully meet the client’s expectations and goals. Toby is known for his focus on maintaining a high-level of personalized customer service.

Toby holds a dual Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management & Insurance and Finance from Temple University as well as a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Saint Joseph’s University.

Outside of work Toby enjoys golfing and spending time with his family. You will often find him cheering on his daughters at their soccer and basketball games. One of their favorite places to visit is Anna Maria Island, Florida.
