Sophia is an Account Coordinator for AIA, Alera Group’s Employee Benefits division. Working closely with the account management team, she assists with client renewals, proposals, and day-to-day support in this position. Sophia is recognized for her excellent organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and proficient task accomplishment. She aspires to complete each project accurately and efficiently to ensure her clients receive the best possible outcome and overall experience.
Sophia truly enjoys her work and receives immense satisfaction from helping others resolve and complete what can sometimes be a complicated process. When not devoted to her work, Sophia can be found creating unique pieces of art or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
