Shelley Machamer

Shelley is the Account Director for the Employee Benefits division at AIA, Alera Group, overseeing the Account Management team. She works in tandem with Employee Benefits consultants to provide high-quality service to our clients. In addition to the management of the day-to-day client needs, Shelley serves as the direct link between the Employee Benefits consulting team and our clients’ HR Department. She also works closely with clients on product implementation, vendor management, and assures HR and benefit plan regulatory compliance.

Shelley holds a Pennsylvania Insurance Producer License in Life, Accident and Health along with a Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
