Rick is a Consultant for AIA, Alera Group’s Employee Benefits division. He specializes in health benefit design and strategy for mid-market and large employer groups. Rick believes employee engagement and education in employee health benefits is key to helping employers contain costs.
With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Rick is well-equipped to evaluate, develop, and implement strategies designed to engage employees and control health care costs. He is a known advocate for his clients.
Rick holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Policy and Administration and a Masters in Health Education from Penn State University. He also is licensed as a Resident Producer for Accident and Health, Life and Fixed Annuities.
