Kevin is a strategic thinker whose extensive health care experience delivers superior value to clients in AIA, Alera Group’s Employee Benefits division. His unique career blends the knowledge of health care delivery systems and provider groups with an in-depth knowledge of innovative solutions that create high-quality, affordable health benefits. He has been instrumental in developing AIA, Alera Group’s unique consulting and planning approach to health and benefit solutions, including the AIA GameChanger© portfolio. As the Chief Strategy Officer, Kevin is responsible for the direction of the Employee Benefits division deliverables, leading new client development, and providing vital leadership on large client accounts.

Prior to joining AIA, Alera Group in 2001 as a Senior Partner, Kevin spent 20+ years in executive-level positions at national health care delivery organizations in both the private and public sectors. Kevin received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The American University in Washington, DC and a Master of Health Services Administration from the Medical College of Virginia/Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA.  Kevin holds a Pennsylvania Insurance Producer License for Life, Accident and Health and is certified by the Care Innovations Validation Institute on population health.
