Amber is Vice President of Employee Benefits at AIA, Alera Group in the Mechanicsburg office. Her role encompasses oversight of strategic health and welfare plan management for our clients to ensure best-in-class service, partnership, and results. Her focus is on client relationships to establish trusted collaboration in navigating the complexity of the health care system.

Amber has been in the insurance industry since 2005 and held various roles including Financial Representative for MetLife, Senior Client Manager in regional and national accounts with Highmark Blue Shield, and Senior Sales Executive for key accounts with Aetna.

In her spare time, Amber enjoys spending time with her two children, Felicity and Markus, and her rescue pup, Trixie. She is an avid participant in Inferno Hot Pilates, a heated high-intensity interval training workout at her local hot yoga studio, Drip 105. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Shalom House, which provides emergency shelter and transformational life services for homeless women and children in Harrisburg, Pa.

Amber holds a B.A. in Communications from Shippensburg University as well as active Life, Accident, and Health Insurance Licenses.
