    Renee is a member of the Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Group. Clients seek her assistance with the establishment, compliance, and administration of welfare benefit plans, pension plans, and fringe benefit plans, including cageteria plans, HRAs, defined contribution plans, defined benefit plans, profit sharing plans, 401(k) plans, employee stock purchase plans, ESOPs, and insured and self-insured plans.  Renee also advises clients on employee benefits issues arising out of mergers and acquisitions, including benefits due diligence, negotiating benefits related issues, and the merger or termination of benefit plans.

    Eric is co-chair of the Labor and Employment Group.  He provides couseling and representation to employers on a wide range of labor and employment matters, including compliance assistance with laws such as the Affordable Care Act, FMLA, ADA, OSHA and wage and hour laws. Eric routinely helps unionized and non-union clients navigate difficult situations involving allegations of discrimination and harassment, as well as labor negotiations and arbitrations, employment contracts, and employment policy development.
