Restarting and Rethinking Your Workforce

Description: Returning to work is a lot more complicated than "reopening" and following a checklist. Every business and workforce has been affected by COVID-19, but each circumstance is unique. Determining AND executing the right short and long-term strategy for your business demands a clear understanding of ever-changing local government mandates, guidance from national and local health experts, customer expectations, your business and workforce capabilities, effective employment practices, and very real risk and legal considerations.
Join Alera Group’s panel of Business, Human Resources, Compliance, and Risk experts to discover how to develop a thoughtful return-to-work strategy for your business and workforce, and the playbook to execute it. The session will include a Q&A session with Alera Group’s experts.
