Managing Stress Out Of COVID-19
Stress often affects your job, your relationships, and every other facet of your life. This workshop will help you to identify what stress is, how it can be positive, but how you can better manage the negative aspects of stress, and its effect on your life and body. We will review the typical responses to stress and you will discover the power you possess to control and manage your stress. We will also discuss strategies to channel stress into positive energy. Communication tools, the power of humor, “self talk,” visualization, and relaxation techniques will also be examined.
