Before the pandemic, we shared offices, even messy desks, hallways, meeting rooms, restrooms, lunch areas, parking lots, lobbies, etc. We suddenly adjusted to many employees working remotely in some capacity for the first time ever. The transition back to work can be just as challenging. Our communication is more important now than ever before. Join us as we explore options to create a transparent, open flow of communication with our teams, co-workers and organizations.

  • Cheryl Raudenbush

    Director of EAP Operations

    Cheryl Raudenbush has been with Mazzitti & Sullivan Counseling & EAP Services for over 15 years. Cheryl is the Director of EAP Operations.

    Cheryl has concentrated her efforts in providing the most innovative assessment tools for hiring and succession planning to corporate clients through a partnership with TTI (Target Training Institute-Scottsdale Arizona). Working closely with HR to assist corporations in hiring and retaining superior performers in the workplace is a priority. Cheryl is certified as: (CPBA)-Certified Professional Behavior Analyst, (CPMA)-Certified Professional Motivator Analyst, and trained in CISM (Critical Incident Stress Management).

    Cheryl also specializes in on-site Job Benchmarking, Employee and Supervisor De-briefing, Personal/Professional Development Plans, Individual Coaching & Executive Coaching, Individual Career Assessments, and On site Conflict Resolution processes for groups, departments and corporate-wide upon request.

    Current training focuses: Effective Communication, Employee Engagement, Excellent Supervisors, Stress Management, Dealing With Difficult People, Managing Conflict, Work/Life Balance, Emotional Intelligence, Excellence As A Manager and Interactive Team-building.
