Leading & Facilitating Effective Communication at Work
Communication is Constant! Before the pandemic, we shared offices, even messy desks, hallways, meeting rooms, restrooms, lunch areas, parking lots, lobbies, etc. We suddenly adjusted to many employees working remotely in some capacity for the first time ever. The transition back to work can be just as challenging. Our communication is more important now than ever before. Join us as we explore options to create a transparent, open flow of communication with our teams, co-workers and organizations.
