    Susan Boucher is our Vice President for our Lead2Health platform.  In this role, she has total oversight of the Lead2Health platform, including long term strategic planning, management of data analytics, vendor plan performance, broker relations, implementations and governance, as well as monitoring and reporting on performance guarantees, financial results and utilization metrics.

  • John O'Connell

    Co-Managing Partner, Benefit Advisors Network

    John brings strategic perspective through his service on the boards of several institutions. He serves as Co-Managing Partner and on the Board of Directors of the Benefit Advisors Network (BAN), a consortium of 65 independent benefit advisors with annual revenues of over $300 million. He also serves on the Board of the National Benefit Center, an insurance service and product distribution company headquartered in Cleveland.
