Gretchen leads our DiscoverHealth® department in the Employee Benefits division of AIA, Alera Group. She provides support to client’s in their cost containment, population health management and well-being initiatives. Gretchen believes that employers hold the key to improving healthcare and the health of their employees and is passionate about bringing forth solutions to enhance the overall health and well-being of employees. Gretchen holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Delaware and a Master of Public Health degree from Pennsylvania State University with a focus in Health Systems Organization and Policy. Gretchen is certified as a Master Certified Health Education Specialist (MCHES) and holds a Pennsylvania Insurance Producer License for Life, Accident and Health, as well as, a certification in Critical Outcomes Report Analysis from the Intel / GE Care Innovations Validation Institute. Gretchen joined the AIA team in 2014.
