Kevin is a thought leader whose extensive health care experience delivers superior value to clients. In addition to his almost 20-year tenure at AIA, Alera Group, Kevin spent over 20 years in executive-level positions at national health care delivery organizations in both the private and public sectors. Because of his direct experience with the healthcare delivery systems, Kevin has been instrumental in developing Alera Group’s unique consulting and operational approach to the GameChanger portfolio.
Kevin received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The American University in Washington, DC and a Master of Health Services Administration from the Medical College of Virginia/Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA. Kevin holds a Pennsylvania Insurance Producer License for Life, Accident, and Health, is certified by the Care Innovations Validation Institute on population health, and is a Health Rosetta-certified advisor.

Gretchen leads our DiscoverHealth® department in the Employee Benefits division of AIA, Alera Group. She provides support to client’s in their cost containment, population health management and well-being initiatives. Gretchen believes that employers hold the key to improving healthcare and the health of their employees and is passionate about bringing forth solutions to enhance the overall health and well-being of employees.
Gretchen holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Delaware and a Master of Public Health degree from Pennsylvania State University with a focus in Health Systems Organization and Policy. Gretchen is certified as a Master Certified Health Education Specialist (MCHES) and holds a Pennsylvania Insurance Producer License for Life, Accident and Health, as well as, a certification in Critical Outcomes Report Analysis from the Intel / GE Care Innovations Validation Institute. Gretchen joined the AIA team in 2014.
